Out of the closet

I’m working on a street style feature for work, which includes a few shots of people’s closets. Any guy who has what appears to be a mink stole in his closet is alright with me. If there isn’t closet porn (see bookshelf) already, there should be.

This lovely and stylish lady sent me a link to this charming closet, OK, dressing room, from Canadian House and Home. This is a far cry from my busted down, crammed corner with the sad sliding doors. Ain’t no Carrie Bradshaw either. Isn’t she supposed to be the patron saint of closets?

Actually, I think it’s Wes Anderson. He has a thing for closets, too. His cross-sectioned ship in The Life Aquatic is basically a giant closet view.

But he really opens a door in The Royal Tenenbaums (look for some hot bookshelf shots in that film as well).
